This helps us coordinate your tour and manage the next steps efficiently once your application has been reviewed. Covers personalized apartment tours. 100% refundable, whether or not you choose to move forward.

Listing Fee: For both sellers and landlords, a one-time, non-refundable listing fee is due upon the execution of the listing agreement. This fee covers the costs of professional marketing and initial setup.

Sales Commission: Our sales commission, A % of the final sale price, is payable by the seller. This fee is earned and paid only upon the successful closing and transfer of the property title.

Rental Commission: For rentals, a commission A % of the first year’s total rent is payable by the property owner upon the signing of a lease agreement. This is our compensation for finding and vetting a qualified tenant.

Additional Service Fees: Optional services, such as rent collection or property management, are billed separately and will be detailed in a specific service agreement. We believe in complete transparency, so all fees will be outlined clearly before any commitment is made.
